Wooden Spoons

Tori and I were laying in bed last night, and talking about things we got away with as children, and the varying punishments for things we didn't get away with.

Tori's mum used the wooden spoon on Tori and her siblings if they were naughty. She even managed to break one during a certain punishment session.

Then Tori muttered something about having to make sure she bought a box full of wooden spoons if we ever had kids, as we'd go through them on almost a daily basis if they took after me.

So I suggested that instead, we get everyone to customise a wooden spoon in their own way, and give it as a gift at a baby shower, or something like that.

Devolving into sillyness, we began postulating ( what sort of spoons people would bring. )
